Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receiving your order. To submit a request, please email us at support@littlecuriousminds.com.

You are responsible for return shipping fees as well. All items originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.  You must provide a valid tracking number of your return in order for us to proceed with the refund. Upon receipt of the return and after product inspection, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.

Damaged Product

In the event that the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a replacement within 90 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@littlecuriousminds.com. If the case is deemed valid, Little Curious Minds will cover any related cost to your reshipment.

After 90 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request item reimbursement for any reason.
